LaRome Ridley's Obituary
LaRome Daemond “Dookie” Ridley, 19, of Chattanooga, passed away Wednesday, May 12, 2021. He was a 2019 graduate of Central High School. He was employed by Bojangles. He was preceded in death by his mother, Amanda Paris; grandmother, Brenda Shropshire; grandfather, Jesse Ridley, Sr.; and aunt, Tabitha Hall. Survivors include father, Jesse Ridley, Jr.; grandparents, Jacqueline Ridley and John Paris; brothers, DeQuan Paris who passed away with him, Jason Paris and John Paris; aunts, Ametrius Smith and Erica Hall, all of Chattanooga; uncles, Demarcus Bailey of Chattanooga and Carlos Ridley of Atlanta, GA; special cousin, Shanika Schofield of Chattanooga; a host of other aunts; uncles; nieces; cousins; other relatives and friends. LaRome will lie-in-state Saturday, May 22, 2021 from 9-11 a.m. at Taylor Funeral Home. Pastor Floyd Whiteside, Sr. will be the eulogist.
