Kimberly Locklin, 55, of Chattanooga, passed away Thursday, September 29, 2022, in a local hospital. Kimberly was preceded in death by her mother, Nellie Locklin; son, Joey Tramell Ransom; grandparents, Roy and Alice Locklin. Survivors include her brother, Carlos (Alisa) Locklin; sister, Shirley Cookie Stokes; uncles, Allen Locklin and Herman (Faye) Locklin; aunt, Shirley Thompson; nephews, Corey (Erica) Stokes and Elder Cortez (Quanita) Stokes, great nephew, Sidney Stokes; great nieces, Zaria Stokes and Camille Phillips; special cousins, Theresa Williams and Alice L. Jones; a host of cousins, other relatives, and friends.
