Keyshawn Kidd's Obituary
Keyshawn JaQuan Kidd, 26, of Chattanooga, passed away Tuesday, February 14, 2023. He was born on September 27, 1996. He was a graduate of Ooltewah High School and a student at Miller Motte College. Keyshawn was a bright and funny person. He was the type of person who could change the mood in a room and a personality like no other. He was family oriented and a protector to all those he loved. He is preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Bloice and Thelma Kidd, and Barbara Ann McReynolds; grandmother, Evelyn Health; sister, Leandra Mitchell. Survivors include his son, Khalen Kidd of Chattanooga; father, Tremayne Kidd of Chattanooga; mother, Kelleanna Jarrett of Chattanooga; grandparent, Ocie Heath of Chattanooga; brothers, Jaylin Kidd, Jacob Kidd, Kameron Kidd, Caden Kidd, Braylin Kidd, Levi Kidd, all of Chattanooga; sisters, Bayneisha Bradley (Demetruis Jenkins), Jaiden Kidd, and Lillian Kidd, all of Chattanooga; fiancée, Kiara Brooks; uncles, Charles McReynolds, Michael McReynolds, Bobby Jarrett, Kevin Kidd, and Marcus Kidd; aunts, Theresa Jarrett and Kimberly McDonald; a host of nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and friends. Keyshawn will lie-in-state on Sunday, February 26, 2023, from 12:30-5 p.m. at Taylor Funeral Home. Funeral service will be on Monday, February 27, 2023, at 12 noon in the chapel with Pastor Ronald B. Cook, Sr. officiating and Pastor Melvin Tibbs as the eulogist. Burial in Highland Memorial Gardens.
