Kevin Greer, Jr.'s Obituary
Kevin Dewayne Greer, Jr., 31, of Chattanooga, passed away Thursday, December 8, 2022. He was a 2009 graduate of Brainerd High School. Kevin worked at Sonic as a cook. He was preceded in death by his great-grandmother, Ruby Hatten; grandmothers, Odessa Moon and Gloria Townsend; uncles, Robert Greer, James Greer, and Johnathan Townsend; aunts Shirley Rollins, Louise Conley, and Pearly Hockenhull; and brother, DeMarcus Fitch. Survivors include his daughter, Ke’Irrah Linder of Chattanooga; father, Kevin (LaShonda) Greer, Sr.; mother, Yolanda (Ronald) Batts-Fitch; grandfather, Junior (Connie) Rollins; brothers, Dominique Greer, LaMarcus Fitch, and Jeremy Daniels, all of Chattanooga; sisters, LaQuisha Greer, Jekieva Yearby, both of Chattanooga, Roneshia Fitch, LaBreshia Fitch, both of Murfreesboro, TN, and Briana Fitch of Chattanooga; uncles Tony (Cleona) Hatten of Chattanooga; Warrick (Alvenia) Hatten of Los Angeles, CA, Earl (Denise) Rice of Boston, MA, Derrick Rice, Kwame Rice, both of Savannah, GA, John Townsend, Jeremiah Townsend, Charles Greer, Edward Rollins, all of Chattanooga, and Mike Greer of Alabama; aunts, Linda Stinson of Cleveland, OH, Brenda Collins, Glenda Collins, Cleona Hatten, Pamela Huff, Sonya Rollins, Felisia Townsend, Kristi Rollins, all of Chattanooga, and Adriane Rice of Atlanta; daughter’s mother, Sabratta Nash of Chattanooga; family friend, Ernest McReynolds of Chattanooga; a host of nieces; nephews; cousins; other; relatives; and friends. Minister Debra Shaw will be the eulogist.
