Kent Carter, 70, of Chattanooga, passed away Monday, October 21, 2024, in a local hospice facility. A Memorial Service will be Saturday, November 23, 2024, at 2 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 2121 Glass Street, Chattanooga, Tennessee 37406.
