Kenneth Blair's Obituary
Kenneth Glenn Blair, 84, of Chattanooga, passed away Monday, August 17, 2020 at his residence. He was a graduate of G.W. Carver High School in Scottsboro, Alabama. He was employed by Tennessee Alloy for many years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Zeb and Lula Blair; siblings, Sue Ann King, Lealice Wordlaw, Jack Blair, John Blair, and James Blair. Survivors include his son, Kevin Maurice Blair; grandchildren, Miranda Blair, Rachel Blair, Kevin Blair, Jr., and Altonesia Weddington; five great-grandchildren; sisters, Sandra Hill of Bridgeport, AL, Mary (Robert) Shaw, Lana (Terry) Benton, Donna Evans, all of Chattanooga, and Wanda (Kenneth) Smith of Louisville, KY; stepchildren, John Gordon and Edna Gordon Young; aunts, Rebecca Blair, Lorene Blair, Gladys Blair, Matilda Fox, and Lena Clay; several devoted nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and special friends. Kenneth will lie-in-state on Wednesday, August 26, 2020 from 9-10:30 a.m. at Taylor Funeral Home. Graveside service will follow at 12 noon (CST) in Old Baptist Cemetery in Hollywood, Alabama with Pastor William R. Tibbs as the eulogist.
