Keniqua She'ree Hughes' Obituary
Keniqua “Ken Ken” She’ree Hughes, 21, of Chattanooga, passed away Saturday, September 25, 2021. She was a 2018 graduate of Howard High School. She was self-employed at Pure Braids as a hair braider. Keniqua was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Cresby (Mary) Hilt and Paul (Isabella) Vance; great-great-grandparents, Maude “Tiny” (Speedy) Brown; and grandfather, Jessie Hines. Survivors include her parents, Kendrick Hughes, Sr. and Evette Monique Hughes; grandparents, Kenneth (Mary) Hughes, Shawanna Brown-Hines, Myron (Marceia) Hilt, and Nellie “Bessie” (Rodney) Jackson; great-great-grandmother, Georgetta Hughes; brothers, Kendrick Hughes, II, Kendley Hughes, and Kení Hughes; sister, Kenshayla Hughes; uncles, Kenyaun Hughes, Van Atkins, III, Myron (Chera) Hilt, and Gemini Wadley; aunts, Adrian Shundrika Hilt, Carissa Brown, Corretta Brown, and Miracle Brown; a host of nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and friends. Pastor Kenneth Ware will serve as the eulogist.
