Kendric JuMel Evans' Obituary
Kendric JuMel Evans, Sr., 27, of Chattanooga, passed away Tuesday, April 16, 2024. He was a 2015 graduate of Brainerd High School and was a student at Chattanooga State Community College. Kendric was preceded in death by his father, Kima Ahmad Evans, Sr.; and great-grandmother, Mae Kathryn Watson. Survivors include his sons, Kendric JuMel Evans, Jr. and Kreo Raheem Evans; mother, Melanie Wynn; grandparents, Anita Evans, Willie Mae Evans, Darlisa Wynn, Robert Eppinger, and Billy Donehue; brothers, Kima Ahmad Evans, Jr., Kentrell Damon Evans, and Reco Wynn; sisters, Kimalyah Evans, Kimamoree Evans, Shaymoree Evans, Regina Orr, Mesha Wynn, Toshonti Wynn, Shaniya Wynn, Shadae Wynn, Destiny Wynn, and Reana Wynn; uncles, Cory Evans, Michael Evans, Sr., Edward Wynn, and Greg Trice; aunts, Kisa Roseberry and Chantell Wynn; a host of nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and friends. Kendric will lie-in-state on Monday, April 29, 2024, at 9 a.m. at Taylor Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow in the chapel with Minister Anita Evans as the eulogist. Burial in Greenwood Cemetery.
