Joyce McCrorey Edwards' Obituary
Joyce McCrorey Edwards, 79, of Chattanooga, passed away Thursday, November 11, 2021, in a local healthcare facility. She was a 1960 graduate of Howard High School. Joyce retired from Sears and Roebuck after many years of service. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ellis ‘Honey’ McCrorey, II and Frances Josephine McCrorey; and brother-in-law, John Malone. Survivors include her husband, Charles Edwards; devoted daughter; Aneta Brown; loving sons, Danny Brown and Christopher (Nadia) Edwards; grandchildren; Germontè (Kya) Jordan, Nasia Edwards, Christina Edwards, Maia Tate; brother, Ellis (Charlotte) McCrorey, sister; Constance Malone, sister-in-law; Sherine (James) Bryant, a host of nieces and nephews. Pastor Marcellus Barnes will serve as the eulogist.
