Johnny Pritchett, 78, of Chattanooga, passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2026, in a local hospital.
Johnny had a passion for watching westerns and could often be found enjoying classic films, embracing the stories or resilience and adventure. He will be remembered for this kindness, his sense of humor, and the love he shared so freely.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jessie and Mamie Pritchett, sisters, Arlean Pritchett, Eloise Bruno, Gladys Brinson, Betty Turner, Lily Wilson and Mamie Pritchett, brothers, Eddie Pritchett, Jessie Pritchett, Robert Pritchett, and Oscar Pritchet.
He leaves to cherish his memories his companion, Yvonne Smith; son, Tim Pritchett; daughter, Angela Hale; brother, Harold Pritchett; 3 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Johnny will have a military service on Friday, May 1, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Chattanooga National Cemetery.
