John Lamb, Jr.'s Obituary
John “Johnny” Milton Lamb, Jr., 73, of Chattanooga, passed away Sunday, December 15, 2024, in a local healthcare facility. He was born November 3, 1951. John was preceded in death by his parents, John M. Lamb, Sr. and Mamie A. Lamb; his sisters, Phyllis L. Albert and Shirley L. Lamb. He is survived by his devoted sister, Deborah L. (Raymond) Foster; nieces, Keturah T. (Corey) McIver and Keisha N. Jones; nephews, DeWarren M. Lamb, Rheubin M. Taylor, II, and Lloyd Milton Lamb (Amanda) Taylor; great-niece, Rarri T. Taylor; great-nephews, Rheubin M. Taylor, III, Keifer C. McIver, Cayden T. McIver, Carter C. McIver, and Lloyd Milton Lamb Taylor, II; a host of other relatives including Rheubin M. (Joyce) Taylor, Sr. and Jimmy (Glenda) Jones; and many friends. The family would like to thank Parkridge Hospital for the excellent care that they provided Johnny over the years. We would also like to thank everyone for their thoughts, prayers, calls, and texts during his hospitalizations and during this time of bereavement. There will not be a funeral service, but only a private family celebration. Arrangements are by Taylor Funeral Home of Chattanooga, Inc.
