JoAnn Elvy, 54, of New York/New Jersey, passed away Friday, July 10, 2020 in Livingston, New Jersey. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Ardessa Elvy; and brother, Prince Elvy of New York. Survivors include her sister, Camille Elvy; niece, Autumn; first cousins, DeAdra Young of Los Angeles, CA and Robbin Copeland of Chattanooga, TN; special cousin and friend, Ivan Sherrill of Chattanooga; and a host of other relatives in Chattanooga and California. She will be dearly missed.
