James Mayotte's Obituary
James Walter Mayotte, 83, of Chattanooga, passed away Tuesday, July 19, 2022, at his residence. He was a graduate of High Point High School and received his Associate degree from Morristown College. James was formerly employed by McDonnell Douglas Aerospace Corporation as a Safety Engineer. He was preceded in death by his father, Walter James Mayotte and mother, Virginia Gaines Mayotte. Survivors include his son, Torey Shaun (Shakendŕe) Mayotte of Chattanooga; grandchildren, Dawn Marie Mayotte and Amaya Noel Mayotte; brothers, Ray (Gloria) Mayotte of Raleigh, NC and Jackie (Polly) Mayotte of Sweetwater, TN; sisters, Maxine Ragland of Raleigh, NC and Michelle (John) Thomas of Sweetwater; former wife, Katie Mayotte; several nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and friends. Pastor Ray S. Mayotte will serve as the eulogist.
