Irvin Lee Jackson's Obituary
Irvin Lee Jackson, 91, of Chattanooga, passed away Thursday, November 3, 2022, in a local hospital. He was a graduate of Howard High School. He was a member of Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church where he was on the Deacon Board, Missionary Society and sung in the Men’s Choir. Irvin was preceded in death by his grandson, Levar W. Jackson, parents, Usher Jackson, Sr. and Jennie Lue Sheets; brother, Usher Thomas Jackson, Jr.; sisters, Beulah Mae Vassar, Louise Williams, and Mattie Lue King. Survivors include his sons, Aubrey Logan of Salem, MA and Evander L. Jackson of Phoenix, AZ; daughter, Monica M. Jackson of Chattanooga; 4 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Pastor James E. Calhoun will officiate and Reverend Judge John W. McClarty will serve as the eulogist.
