Homer Kevin Tucker, Sr., “Big Dog”, 48, of Chattanooga, passed away Monday, September 13, 2021 in a local hospital. He was a 1990 graduate of Howard High School and was a member of Greater St. John Missionary Baptist Church. Kevin was owner/operator of his own bonding company for 20 years. He was preceded in death by his father, James Tucker, Sr.; grandmothers, Edith B. McDaniel and Nana White; uncle, Homer Tucker, Sr.; and mother-in-law, Patricia Colvin. Survivors include his wife of 15 years, Felicia Ann Tucker; sons, Kevin Tucker, Jr., Deron (Ravin) Colvin, James (Denisha) Tucker, Dontrell Tucker, and Jewon Colvin, all of Chattanooga; daughters, Zanae Tucker, Mariah Tucker, and Jariah Denise Tucker; 19 grandchildren; mother, Georgia Ann Tucker Hooks; brothers, David Dewyne McDaniel, James Tucker, Jr., Ray Tucker, and Antwon (Tamika) McDaniel, Patricia (Willie) Harris, Andrinna Lynette (Maurice) Davis, and Edith Yvette (James) Johnson; aunt, Jenella Tucker, all of Chattanooga; a host of nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and friends.
