Hollis Jefferson Malone, Jr. 23, of Chattanooga, passed away Sunday, December 8, 2019. He attended Inner City Outreach. He was employed at Gestamp as a welder. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Sabara Nash and aunt, Satrina Nash. Survivors include his son, Ha’keem Malone of Chattanooga; father, Hollis (Amy) Malone, Sr. of Detroit; mother, Sabrina (Maurice) Nash-Myles of Chattanooga; grandparents, John (Doris) Malone of Detroit and James (Evelyn) Dickinson of Macrae, GA; brothers, Mark Wimbush, Ty’Qrerio Malone, both of Chattanooga, Deon Malone, Shamar Malone, Trayvon Malone, and Djuan Jones; sisters, Brinique Malone, Sabara Malone, Satrina Strong, all of Chattanooga, Jazmen (Korey) Rice, Amanda Malone, Amir Malone, and Azia Jones, all of Detroit; uncles, Abraham Thomas, Anthony (Satrina) Foy, LaVaughn Yates, Bobby Yates, and Mervin Perry, all of Detroit; aunts, Shaneil Thomas, Edwyna (David) Batiest, LaTonya (Leon) Yates-Rollings, all of Detroit, and Janine (Jimmy) Robinson Turner, of Aledo, TX; nephews, Jamir, Jay’ceon, and JarTarius, Jr.; nieces, Semay and Jazzariah, all of Chattanooga; mentor, Sredrick “Poohie” Collins; best friends, Jartarius Phelps, Sr, Jessye Carter, Tony Marlin, and Jasmine Robinson; a host of other relatives and friends. He will lie-in-state on Saturday, December 28, 2019 at 9 a.m. at Taylor Funeral Home with the funeral to follow at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel. Burial in Highland Memorial Gardens.
