Gwendolyn Eunice Grant's Obituary
Gwendolyn Eunice Grant, 76, of Chattanooga, passed away Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at her residence. She was a graduate of Calhoun County High School. She attended New Hope Baptist Church. Gwendolyn was employed by Erlanger Medical Center and retired after 30 years of service. Gwendolyn is survived by her adopted/biological nieces and nephews, Cartessa Maddox, Sandra (Hayland) Jackson, Reginald Maddox, and Alexander Maddox, all of Chattanooga; sisters, Alecia Thomas of Anniston, AL and Virginia Maddox of Chattanooga; aunt, Geneva Clayborn of Anniston; nephews, Donovan Thomas and Gregory Thomas; great-nieces and nephews, Isaac Maddox, Orlando Harris, Monique Maddox, Rashanda Maddox, Felicia Maddox, Amya Maddox, and Zuri Maddox, all of Chattanooga; several cousins; other relatives and friends. Gwendolyn will lie-in-state on Saturday, April 6, 2024, from 10:30-2:00 p.m. at Taylor Funeral Home. There will be no funeral service.
