Outside of his ministry, Gibson found joy in life’s simple pleasures. He enjoyed playing basketball and remained active in the sport until his passing. He was a devoted fan of Kevin Durant. He also enjoyed spending time with his beloved wife, children, and grandchildren. Known for his strong work ethic and skillful hands, Gibson took pride in yard work and caring for his home.
