Fredrick Lewis Favors, Sr. 64, of Chattanooga, passed away Sunday, January 5, 2025, in a local hospital. He is preceded in death by his parents, Winfred L and Mary E. Favors; wife, Margacita Favors; grandparents, Charlie and Roxie Williams; brother, Michael Favors. Fredrick leaves to cherish his memories are his sons, Fredrick Favors, Jr., Immanuel Favors, Deqarius Favors, and Ronald King; daughter, Jamilah Favors all of Chattanooga; one-grandchild, Ja'mire Favors; brothers, Gregory (Roslynn) Sanders, Chaplain Jimmie (Lisa) Sanders of Murfreesboro, TN, Jeffery Favors, and Patrick Favors of Chattanooga; sister, Eleanor Sanders-Corbin of Chattanooga; uncle, Napoleon Williams of Chattanooga; aunt, Janie Gantt of Chattanooga; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. He will lie-in-state on Saturday, January 18, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Taylor Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 5:00 p.m. in the chapel.
