We shared a couple of great years together around 2000 and worked together. He was the best man I have ever known. Truly one of the good ones. I’m so sorry for you loss Shannon. You may not even remember me. Rip my heart is truly broken.

Fred was a lovely man and it was a pleasure getting to know him this year. He did not like to trouble anyone for anything and had a smile that was contagious. He will be missed.
