Fred Appleberry's Obituary
Fred Emory Appleberry, 63, of Chattanooga, passed away on Thursday, June 12, 2025, in a local hospital. He was a graduate of Howard High School. He retired from Local 846 Union.
Fred was preceded in death by his parents, Rufus and Katherine Appleberry, Jr.; sisters, Frances Crawford, Mary Crawford Appleberry, and Lorraine Joyner; brothers, David Earl Appleberry and Melvin Appleberry; nieces, Melody Pritchett, Norman Jean Pritchett, Vickie Williams, and Shay Sturdivant.
Survivors include his sisters, Lisa (Labron) Coleman, Venus (Michael) McGahee, and Janet Pritchett; brothers, Robert (Aljanette) Crawford, Dennis (Darlene) Appleberry, John Scott Appleberry, Prince Charles Appleberry, and Kevin Appleberry; devoted nieces and nephews; uncles, Tracy Appleberry, Michael Appleberry, Eric (Charlotte) Appleberry, Mark Appleberry, and Gerald Cunningham; aunts, Marylene Appleberry, Ora Meredith, and Tammy Copeland; friends, Lisa Humpreys, Ollice Williams, Robert Brook, Mr. Red Brooks, Danny Green, Albert Lloyd, George (Gail) Heulett, Kenneth (Angela) Cunningham, Angela Fairbanks Galloway, the Barton family, the Crawford family, the Johnson family, the Pritchett family, and the Westside and Saint Elmo Community.
Memorial service to be held on Saturday, July 12, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. in the Taylor Funeral Home Chapel.
