Fannie Lorene "Tot" Campbell's Obituary
Fannie “Tot” Lorene Campbell, 91, of Chattanooga, passed away Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at her residence. She was born October 9, 1927 in Barton, Alabama and spent her formative years in Hillsboro, Alabama. She graduated from Tennessee Valley High and attended Alabama College. Fannie was a nurse and worked for Dr. Charles Kennedy until she retired. She was a faithful member of the Avondale Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses. She was preceded in death by her husband, Percy Campbell; and daughter, Betty Price. Survivors include her sons, Charles (Laverne) Wiggins, Jr. and James Campbell, all of Chattanooga; daughters, Margaret (William) McDonald of Austin, TX and Iris Lounds of Chattanooga; brother, Willis (Denise) Turner; sister, Dorothy Turner both of Decatur, AL; a host of grandchildren; great-grandchildren; great-great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
Visitation
She will lie-in-state Sunday, October 6, 2019 after 10 a.m. at Taylor Funeral Home.
Celebration of Life
Funeral service will follow at 4 p.m. in the chapel with Brother Gene Hester giving the discourse
