Etta Michelle Griffith's Obituary
Etta Michelle Griffith, 70, of Chattanooga, passed away Monday, September 4, 2023, in a local hospital. She was a 1971 graduate of Howard High School. Etta attended Ridgedale Church of Christ. She was formerly employed by Shoney’s Restaurant. Etta was preceded in death by her grandmother, Christine Cooper; and father, Clarence Quarterman. Survivors include her son, Linus Bernard (Jaleesa) Griffith of Gainesville, GA; daughters, Felicia Nicole Parker and Stephanie Michelle Griffith, both of Chattanooga; 9 grandchildren; mother, Frances Quarterman of Chattanooga; sister, Letitia Quarterman; uncle, Calvin Cooper of Chattanooga; other relatives and friends. A private family service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by Taylor Funeral Home.
