Ethel Kate Frazier's Obituary
Ethel Kate Frazier, 87, of Chattanooga, passed away Saturday, August 15, 2020 at her residence. She attended Howard High School. She was a member of Community Missionary Baptist Church where she served on the Mother’s Board and sang in the choir. Ethel was preceded in death by her husband, Amos Frazier, Sr.; grandson, Jeffrey Frazier; parents, Willie and Cecil Thompson; daughter-in-law, Delsa Frazier; son-in-law, Jeffrey Powell; five brothers; and 2 sisters. Survivors include her sons, Amos (Tracy) Frazier, Jr. of Chattanooga, LaMont (Heike) Frazier of Clinton, MS, Reginald (Carolyn) Thompson of Clarksville, TN, Anthony (Angela) Frazier, and Willie (Felicia) Frazier, both of Chattanooga; daughters, Debra Powell, Cecilia Frazier, and Antionette (Gerald) Penn, all of Chattanooga; 24 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; sisters, Emily (Billy) Richardson of Cleveland, OH, Mary Stovall, and Flora (Willie) Trueitt, both of Chattanooga; and a host of other relatives and friends. Pastor Gerald Penn will serve as the eulogist.
