Estella Ragland Stamps' Obituary
Estella Ragland Stamps, 98, of Chattanooga, passed away Monday, December 5, 2022, at her residence. She was a member of Thompkin Chapel A.M.E. Zion Church, where she was on the Deaconess and Usher Board. Estella was preceded in death by her husband, James Stamps; parents, Nathaniel and Edna Ragland; brothers, Jack Ragland and James Ragland; sisters, Willie Ragland, Pearl Green, and Sarah Twymon. Survivors include her daughters, Yolander James of Anniston, AL and Sarah Caver of Oxford, AL; 3 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; a host of nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and friends. Reverend Dr. Richard Gadzekpo will seve as the eulogist.
