Eric G. Yates' Obituary
Eric Gerard Yates, 56, of Chattanooga, passed away Thursday, August 20, 2020 in a local hospital. He attended Chattanooga High School. He worked at various construction sites. His legacy was to live life and make many laugh. Eric was preceded in death by his father, Julius Yates and mother, Mary Marshall. Survivors include his sisters, Marsha (John IV) Frazier and Iris Marshall, both of Chattanooga; uncle, Samuel (Diane) Frith of Los Angeles, CA; aunt, Mammie Boggus of Chattanooga; a host of nieces; nephews; cousins; and other relatives and friends. There will be no service.
