Eric Anthony Bell's Obituary
Eric Anthony Bell, 64, of Chattanooga, passed away Saturday, January 16, 2021 at his residence. He was born October 7, 1956 to Lucile Bell and Calvin Fielders in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He attended Howard High School class of ’74. Eric was a member of Greater Friendship Primitive Baptist Church, where he sung with the Men’s Choir, the Mass Choir, and the James Penny Youth & Young Adult Choir. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Caney and Marion Harris; paternal grandfather, William Bell; sister, Theresa Trammell; niece, Clarisa Trammell; and nephew, Aaron Trammell. He leaves to cherish his precious memories his mother, Lucile Bell; daughters, Erica (Terrance, Sr.) Hayes, Phelicia Grier, and Chantelle (Charles) Respert; brothers, Charles (Emma) Bell of Oak Ridge, TN and William (Sharon) Bell of Chattanooga; sister, Cassandra Jefferson of Chattanooga; grandsons, Erico Williams, Terrance Hayes, Jr., and Terron Hayes; dear friend, Regina Kelley-Starr; a host of nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and friends. Pastor R. Lavon Yates will serve as the eulogist.
