Elbert Lee Boston, 74, of Chattanooga, passed away Sunday, October 20, 2024, in a local healthcare facility. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie Boston, Sr. and Louella Boston; and brothers, Charlie Boston, Jr. and Leonard Boston. Survivors include his daughter, Angela Boston; grandchildren, Derrick Boston, Marcus Payne, Jr., Andrea Boston and Devins Scott, Jr. all of Chattanooga; great-grandchildren, Ariah Boston, Michael Fletcher, Jr., Derrick Boston, Jr., Elijah Appling, Dominique Boston, Marcus Payne, III, D’Aris Boston, Kayleigh Boston, Nova Walker, Marliah Payne, Christopher Lee, and Akeem Boston, all of Chattanooga; brothers, Ralph Boston of Columbus, OH and Michael (Florine) Boston, Sr. of Chattanooga; several nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and friends. Elbert will lie-in-state on Tuesday, October 29, 2024, from 1-5 p.m. at Taylor Funeral Home.
