Elaine B. Johnson Hayes Hunter, 62, of Chattanooga, passed away Tuesday, November 5, 2024, in a local hospital. She will lie-in-state on Sunday, November 17, 2024, at 9 a.m. at Taylor Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. in the chapel with Bishop Frankie Bates as the Eulogist. Burial on Monday, November 18, 2024, at 12:30 p.m. in Chattanooga National Cemetery.
