Earven Reece Baker, Jr.'s Obituary
Earven Reece Baker, Jr., 82, of Chattanooga, passed away Wednesday, July 15, 2020 in a local hospital. He was a member of Mount Peria Missionary Baptist Church where he served on the Usher Board. He was employed at Mueller Company for 45 years. Earven was preceded in death by his grandsons, Earven Baker, IV and Nicholas Baker; parents, Earven and Clara Baker, Sr.; brother, Melvin Baker; and sister, Charlotte Baker. Survivors include his wife of 17 years, Geraldine Baker; children,, Earven (Myra) Baker, III of Clarksville, TN, Patricia Toliver of Kennesaw, GA, Trophena Baker of Chattanooga, Antionette Baker of Toledo, OH, Angela Baker of Charlotte, NC, Lurone (Tamara) Jennings, II of Hershey, PA, Terrance (Jessica) Riley of Chattanooga, and April Riley of Virginia Beach, VA; six grandchildren; a host of great-grandchildren; brother, Charles Baker of Chattanooga; sister, Alice Spence of Memphis, TN and Mable Holmes of Chattanooga; and a host of other relatives and friends. Brother Jimmie Ingram will serve as the eulogist.
