Dorothy Ree Pickett's Obituary
Dorothy Ree Pickett, 84, of Harrison, passed away Friday, November 6, 2020 at her residence. She was a devoted member of Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church. She was a member of the Eastgate Senior Activity Center. Dorothy was preceded in death by her daughter, Loretta Pickett; father, James Rice; mother, Mary Eliza Clemons Walton; sons-in-law, Charles Kitchen and Clarence Fleming; daughter-in-law, Betty Pickett. Survivors include her sons, Robert Pickett of Atlanta, GA, Wilson Pickett of Honolulu, HI, and Anthony Pickett of Chattanooga; daughters, Daisy Fleming, Barbara Kitchen, both of Chattanooga, and Angela Pickett of Atlanta; 9 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; brother, Harvey “Jim” Walton of Cincinnati, OH; and a host of cousins; other relatives and friends. Pastor Mike Lacy will serve as the eulogist.
