Praying for the Family during this difficult time. I was fond of Sis. Gary when she would come and ride with the Avondale Church of Christ Ladies on the bus to go on Ladies Days. Sis. Gary was fondly known as one of the Golden Girls with Sis Mary Harris. She will be missed.
First of all, my condolences to the family of sister Gary in your time of grieving. I was fortunate enough to get to minister to sister Gary on Tuesday mornings, conducting a bible study class, at the Standifer Pace Assisted Living Center here in Chattanooga. She was even keeled, soft spoken, humble and classy. There was no doubt she loved the Lord, evidenced by her participation when sharing and her weekly attendance. I'm very honestly shocked to hear of her passing from Pastor Sarah Perry who has been an integral part of our ministry at Standifer Place. And finally, I find solace in knowing beyond a shadow of a doubt, where she will be spending eternity.
