Donnie L. Smith's Obituary
Donnie L. Smith, 66, of Chattanooga, passed away Tuesday, July 28, 2020 in the Hospice Care Center. He was a 1972 graduate of Kirkman Technical High School. He was a veteran in the U.S. Army. Donnie was of Baptist faith. He was formerly employed with the Chattanooga Housing Authority. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Kalista Ratliff; brothers, Masion Smith, III and Randy Smith. Survivors include his son, Donnell Cal; daughters, Shanna Cal, Danyelle (Alphonso) James, and Kalista Cal; 12 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren, all of Chattanooga; brothers, Larry Smith of Valdosta, GA; sisters, Beverly (Raymond) Smith of Huntsville, AL, Raena Smith and Linda Smith, both of Chattanooga; uncle, Roger (Eva) Glenn, Sr. of Chattanooga; and a host of other relatives and friends.
