Diana Louise Sims' Obituary
Diana Louise Sims, 65, of Chattanooga, passed away Saturday, April 10, 2021 at her residence. She was a 1973 graduate of Kirkman Technical High School. Diana was a member of the Institute of Divine Metephysical Research (IDMR). She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Houston Steens, Reverend Joe Willie and Matilda Bentley; uncle and aunt, James and Minell Erving; father, Wallace Harper, Jr.; three siblings; and son, Robert T. Moore. Survivors include her daughters, Shennerra (Allen) Russell and Sherrilynn (Darrell, Sr.) Stewart of Chattanooga; 4 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; mother, Annie Laverne Harper of Chattanooga; brothers, Tony Harper and James (Teresa) Harper, both of Chattanooga; sisters, Rebecca Suttles of Chattanooga, Cassandra Paige of Atlanta, GA, Beverly Edmonds of Chattanooga, and Jacqueline Harper of Heightstown, NJ; a host of nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and friends. James Harper will be the eulogist.
