Desamer Sims' Obituary
Desamer Lee Sims, 94, of Chattanooga, passed away Wednesday, February 23, 2022, at her residence. She was a member of Love Fellowship Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Sims; sons, Chris Sims, Ronnie Sims, and Chester Sims; daughter, Constance Sims; father, George Buckner; and mother, Anna Watkins. Survivors include her sons, Gilbert Sims of Atlanta, GA, James Lee Sims, and George A. Sims both of Chattanooga; stepson, Jerome Favors of Chattanooga; daughters, Georgia Ford and Shental Sims both of Chattanooga; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
