Dennis Stalnaker's Obituary
Dennis Stalnaker, 68, of Chattanooga, passed away Monday, May 26, 2025, in the comfort of his home. He was born November 25, 1957, in Atlanta, Georgia, to Ad Stalnaker and Leanne Darden Edwards. He was a 1975 graduate of Bass High School.
Among those who preceded Dennis in death include his daughter, Nyoki Henelley; father, Ad Stalnaker; brother, Gary Stalnaker; grandfather, Harvey Lee Edwards; grandmother, Mattie Mae Edwards; uncles, Harvey Edwards, Milton Edwards, Marvin Edwards, Calvin Edwards and Ad Edwards; and aunt, Eva Mae Edwards George.
Cherishing his memories include his beloved wife of 9 years, Caroline Brown Stalnaker; sons, Dennis Jackson of Jacksonville, FL and Marcus Brown of Atlanta, GA; daughters, Latosha Lenard, Kiesha Jackson, Brittney Smith, and Terrika Carr, all of Atlanta, GA; sisters, Cynthia Stalnaker and Carlethia Stalnaker, both of Atlanta, GA.; brother-in-law, Ricky Brown; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Dennis will lie in state on Saturday, June 7, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. at Taylor Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel.
