Darrell always had a smile on his face. We always called each a nickname that he used to call his little boy (pitabutts). It was an inside saying between us to never to forget that precious little angel 😇. His eye's would always light up when we would call each other that and I'm going to miss those times. He was mine and my husband's buddy and we'll greatly miss him. My prayers 🙏 are with all of his family and loved one's during this time.

Darrell always had a positive attitude, big smile on his face and a twinkle in his eyes that will never be forgotten. See again soon one day.

With a most heavy heart I want to express my deepest heartfelt sympathy to the family. Marcus and Cameron your Ooltewah football is praying and supporting you all the way. Darrell was always a gentleman in my classroom and all football activities. Gentleman yes but on the field he was a fierce competitor, respected by his opponents, and beloved by his coaches and teammates.Jesus conquered death and gave us the hope of salvation through God’s Grace. We will see Darrell soon! Coach Bob Smith Ooltewah Football Owls.
