Cordarrius DeQuan Bailey, “Bo”, 24, of Chattanooga, passed away Wednesday, June 14, 2023. He was born July 27, 1998, and was the youngest and only boy of 4 siblings. “Bo” enjoyed playing baseball, football, soccer, and ran track. He attended Brainerd High School. He was a member of Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church where he sang in the Youth Choir, attended Sunday School, and was a Devotional Leader. “Bo” was preceded in death by his great-grandfathers, Reverend William Perkins and Pastor A.R. Barnett; great-grandmothers, Roberta Barnett and Addie Perkins; uncle, Michael Perkins; aunt, Brenda Perkins; brothers, Lovell and Jeffrey Bailey. Survivors include his father, Robert A. Bailey; mother, Kimberly Y. Brooks; grandmothers, Delma Brooks and Arleane Goree; grandfathers, Robert Bailey, Sr. and Melvin Goree; sisters, Kreshuna Brooks, Camesha Bailey, Kylia Bailey, Kapneisha Fields, Isreal Lane, Rodreka Gaines, Raina Bailey, Robineasha Bailey, and Josette Kenemore; brothers, Kawine Keith, David Lane, Kevonta Lane, Robert Pointer, and Robert Bryant; aunts, Kelley Brooks Powell, Robbie Bailey, and Marshjun Bailey; uncles, Robert Ladale Brooks, Eric Bailey, and 8 other uncles; nephews, Shadarrien McClendon, Jr. and Montana Bailey; a host of cousins; other relatives and friends. Cordarrius will lie-in-state on Friday, June 23, 2023, at 9 a.m. at Taylor Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. in the chapel with Pastor James E. Calhoun as the eulogist. Burial in Highland Memorial Gardens.
