Cora Patricnella White's Obituary
Cora Patricnella White, 76, of Chattanooga, passed away Thursday, March 25, 2021 in a local hospital. She was a 1962 graduate of Howard High School. She was a member of Missionary Ridge Baptist Church. Cora was preceded in death by her parents, George Henry, Eloise and Jesse Rowe; aunts, Dorothy Smith, Leona Foster, and Hattie Smith; cousins, Ellen Williams, Carlton Higginbotham, and Mary Goodloe. Survivors include her husband of 59 years, Herbert White, Jr., sons, Mitchell (Marie) White of Atlanta, GA, Marc White, and Miles (Patricia) White, Sr., both of Chattanooga; five grandchildren, Karyn White, Kendra White, Taylor White, Miles White, Jr. and Dakayla Parker; two great-grandchildren, Cedric Edwards, Jr. and Gianna Antoine; sister, Bonnie Henry of Atlanta; a host of other relatives and friends. She will lie-in-state Thursday, April 1, 2021 from 12:30-5:00 p.m. at Taylor Funeral Home. Graveside service will be Friday, April 2, 2021 at 12:30 p.m. in Chattanooga National Cemetery. Pastor Marcellus Barnes will give the words of comfort.
