Clifford Rutledge Jr.'s Obituary
Clifford Rutledge, Jr., 67, of Chattanooga, passed away Thursday, October 1, 2020 in a local hospital. He was a 1970 graduate of Howard High School. He retired from U.S. Pipe after 30 years of service. Clifford was of the Apostolic faith. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clifford and Lillie Rutledge, Sr. Survivors include his wife of 28 years, Phyllis Rutledge; sons, Donquan Rutledge, Clifford Rutledge, III, and Garland Rutledge; daughter, Laura (Jeremy) Suggs; grandchildren, Quintalis and Jayden Rutledge, all of Chattanooga; brother, Curtis Rutledge of Akron, OH; sisters, Geraldine King, Gwendolyn Rutledge, Deborah Brewster, and Lisa Silvers, all of Chattanooga; special cousin, Frances Jones; and a host of aunts; uncles; nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and friends. Apostle Samuel Gray will serve as the eulogist.
