Cira Denice Norman, 24, of Chattanooga, passed away Sunday, September 17, 2023. She was a 2017 graduate of Howard High School. Cira attended Chattanooga State Community College and Miller Motte Technical College. She was employed by Signal Center. Cira was preceded in death by her grandmother, Sara Rizer; grandfather, Lawrence Curry; uncle, Michael Norman; aunt, Yvette Griffin; and stepfather, James Isbell. Survivors include her fur baby, Penny Pot mother, Constance Norman; sisters, Sasha Norman, Phyllis Paris, Gwendolyn Mickens, Ashia Harper, and Ireshia Harper; brothers, Larry Harris and JeMichael Harris; nieces, Ariah McGhee, Lana Coleman, and Saylia Camacho; nephews, Russell W. Paris, III, Woodrow W. Paris, Antonio L. McGhee, Jr., Antwoine J. McGhee, Hasani Coleman, and Rayden Jones; aunts, Kim Paige, Bonita Steward, and Tammy Sheet; uncles, Larry F. Johnson and Gavin Steward; best friends, Kenya Houser, Aiza Houser, Monte Ross, Yolanda Cox, and Nysha Sims; a host of cousins; other relatives and friends. Cira will lie-in-state on Thursday, September 28, 2023, from 12:30-5 p.m. at Taylor Funeral Home. There will be no service.
