Charles Kellogg, Sr.'s Obituary
Charles Kellogg, Sr., 74, of Chattanooga, passed away Saturday, August 13, 2022, in a local hospital. He was born September 27, 1947, in Alabama to Ollis and Annie Kellogg, Sr. He attended Lakeside High School. Charles served in the United States Army and received an honorable discharge at the end of his service time. He was self-employed. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ollis Kellogg, Sr. and Annie Mae Kellogg; brothers, Percy Campbell, James Edward Kellogg, Ollis Kellogg, Jr., and George Kellogg; sisters, Ella Mae Moore, Annie Ruth Burke, and Earlene Kelley. Survivors include his sons, Deuntray Kellogg of Chattanooga, Charles Kellogg, Jr. and Ollis Kellogg, both of Savannah, GA; daughters, Katrina Simmons of New York, Chartavius Kellogg, Riley Gay, MaKenzie Gay, all of Chattanooga, and Pamela Kellogg of Sumter, SC; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; brother, Joseph Kellogg of New York, NY; sister, Arlene Kellogg of Yonkers, NY; a host of nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and friends. Brother John R. Taylor, Sr. will give the words of comfort.
