Cecil Lamar McKibben's Obituary
Cecil Lamar McKibben, 63, of Chattanooga, peacefully passed away Thursday, June 24, 2021 in a local hospital surrounded by his loving family. He was a 1976 graduate of Howard High School. He was employed 32 years with the Sanitation Department for the City of Chattanooga. Cecil was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Rosa McKibben, Sr.; and brother, James McKibben. Survivors include his wife of 21 years, Edith McKibben; daughters, Tephanie (Arthur) Knight, Cecily McKibben, Carmen McKibben, and TeKia McKibben; sons, Martel Goins and Courtney (Keeva) McKibben; brothers, Paul McKibben, Jr., Dale (Sharon) McKibben, and Cedric (Jamie) McKibben; a host of other relatives and friends. Pastor Quincy Lavelle Carswell, II will serve as the eulogist.
