Cathy Stinson, 66, of Chattanooga, passed away Sunday, March 17, 2024, in a hospital in Cookeville, Tennessee. She was a graduate of Howard High School. Cathy will lie-in-state on Monday, March 25, 2024, from 1-2 p.m. in the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home. There will be no service.
