Carlos Demetrius Moore Sr.'s Obituary
Carlos Demetrius Moore, Sr. “Meat”, 50, of Chattanooga, passed away Wednesday, February 8, 2023, in a local hospital. He was a 1990 graduate of Brainerd High School and received his AS degree from Chattanooga State Technical College. He was a member of Union Grove Baptist Church. He was employed by ADM Southern Cellulose as a Chemical Operator. Carlos was preceded in death by his son, Lekendre J. Taylor. Survivors include his wife of 1-1/2 years, but together 7 years, Titonia L. Moore; sons, Carlos D. Moore, Jr. and Cameron D. Moore; daughter, LaKendrea Taylor; children he reared as his own children, Shaquisha Wiley, JaCarie Wiley, Ladarius Morgan, Kennedi Lewis-(Thomas) Brame, and Deonna Morgan; 6 grandchildren; mother, Betty Jo Moore; brothers, Anthony E. Moore, Darryl D. Moore, Maurice A. Moore, and James (Tawana) Howard; sister, Angela R. Green; uncle, Bobby L. Moore; aunt, Mary K. Moore; a host of nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and friends. Pastor A. J. Bullard as the eulogist.
