Bobby Greene's Obituary
Bobby N. Greene, 50, of Chattanooga, sadly passed away Friday, February 20, 2026, at his residence. He was born to George and Bonnie Greene on November 15, 1975. He graduated from Howard High School in 1994 and went on to become a proud United States Navy veteran after serving his country for 7 years. He then went on to pursue a career in long haul truck driving for 17 years before his retirement.
Bobby will be welcomed home by his grandparents, Norman and Barbara Donaldson, and Thomas and Georgella Greene; along with his aunt, Normanda Porter; and uncle, Thomas Greene.
In addition to his parents, he leaves behind two sisters, Adriane Thomas and Denise Hall; brothers-in-law, Tannis Hall and Kelvin Blackmon; niece, Ashley Thomas; and nephews, Christian Thomas and Tyler Hall. He also leaves behind aunts and uncles, Sheila Greene Ross, Larry and Gwen Greene, Jerry Greene, John and Shirley Greene, Rose Greene and Recarter and Cynthia Thomas; as well as a host of cousins and friends.
Bobby will lie-in-state on Friday, March 6, 2026, at 9 a.m. at Taylor Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. in the Chapel. A Military Service will follow at 3 p.m. in Chattanooga National Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to celebrate the life of Bobby N. Greene and share their fondest memories.
