Bishop James M. Scott Sr, was a very approachable leader with an easy mannerism and kind heart. He installed me as Pastor upon the recommendation of my spiritual father Pastor Emeritus Franklin Hollie. It was an honor to serve under his leadership and he will be greatly missed.
