Billy L. Burson, Sr., 65, of Chattanooga, passed away Wednesday, August 5, 2020 in a local hospital. He was a member of Avondale Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by his mother, Lola (Albert) Moore; father, Richard Burson; nephews, Larry Burson and Anthony Burson. Survivors include his sons, Adrian (Tracee) Edwards and Billy Burson, Jr.; daughters, Nikishia Burson and Ne’ashia Burson; grandchildren, Tymarius Sharpley, William Burson, La’Jerrica Smith, and Trey Smith; sisters, Zundra Frost and Vickie Burson; niece, Vickie Burson; nephew, Darren Burson; special friend of 13 years, LaToya Butler; a host of great-nieces; great-nephews; and other relatives and friends. Brother John R. Taylor, Sr. will be the eulogist.
