Betty Williams' Obituary
Betty Williams, 77, of Chattanooga, passed away Thursday, September 2, 2021, in the comfort of her own home. She was a daycare teacher and loved to do hair. She was a member at First Baptist of Avondale, where she sung in the choir. Betty Williams was a natural hustler, most of you all known her from selling clothes. She was preceded in death by her mother, Sara Lue Browner; father, William T. Browner; siblings, Mary (Maryann) Browner Favors, Bessie Browner Bailey, William P Browner, Tony Browner, Carey Browner, Harry Browner, Mac Browner, Frank Browner, Robert (Hook) Browner, and Johnny Browner. Survivors include her devoted champion, sons, Jeron Williams and Johnny Browner; daughter, Margaret Clack (Grimes); niece, Saterria Skrine.
