Bertha Smith's Obituary
Bertha Smith, 92, of Chattanooga, passed away Sunday, January 16, 2022, at her residence. She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church, where she served on the Mother’s Board. She was preceded in death by her parents, Louise and Grady Palmer; children, Morris Smith, Victoria Bond, and Norman Smith; siblings, Earnest Palmer, Louise Davis, Julia Palmer, and George Palmer. Survivors include her sons, Raymond Smith of Huntsville, AL and Calvin Smith of Norfolk, VA; daughter, Gloria Robinson of Chattanooga; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.Pastor Wayne Johnson will serve as the eulogist.
